Kruger Animal Hospital in Normal, Illinois seeks an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our team.

Kruger Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian. We're located in the beautiful plains of Central Illinois, situated in the twin cities of Bloomington–Normal. We have been providing medical, grooming, and boarding services for our patients for more than 70 years. The staff at Kruger Animal Hospital seeks to provide the best possible medical care, surgical care, and dental care for their highly-valued patients. ABOUT THE HOSPITAL:
- We are a 3 doctor, progressive, and paper light practice.
- We have four exam rooms, treatment area, isolation ward, surgery suit and radiology suit equipped with digital radiology equipment, and digital dental radiography
- Grief room offering privacy and comfort for our clients choosing the decision of euthanasia for their pet
- Large comfortable entrance area with separate sides for feline and canine patients
- In addition to regular small animal species, a number of avian, reptile, and small mammal cases add the challenge and rewards of exotics to our practice
- In house laboratory capabilities for selected blood chemistry, urinalysis and sediments, PCV, TP, Fe-Leuk, and various ELISA tests are run by technicians along with a close association with external full-service clinical and pathological laboratories (IDEXX Laboratories)
- In house ECG’s run and interpreted
- Digital X-Ray system
- Isoflourane anesthesia, electro surgery, ultra-sonic dental equipment
- Surgical monitoring capabilities including oscilloscope/blood pressure and pulse oximetry
- Large inventory of established pharmaceuticals, as well as compounding capabilities
- Internet access for quick and reliable referral to various specialties which we have a firm association with
- Boarding and grooming services offered, which include indoor/outdoor runs and double wide cages accompanied by a large outdoor exercise area for canines and large condos for felines
- Newest version of AVIMark computer system streamlines the management of a large client data base
- We encourage and support the cultivation of our doctor’s special interests.
