Job Description:VCA Veterinary Specialists of Northern Colorado is looking for a full-time or part-time Rehabilitation Veterinarian or Human Physical Therapist with animal certification at our AAHA Accredited Specialty and Emergency hospital in majestic Loveland, Colorado. Our specialty services include Anesthesiology & Pain Management, Critical Care/Emergency, Surgery, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Physical Therapy, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Our busy rehab/physical therapy department is housed in a building adjacent to the hospital, with a large variety of equipment, including two lasers, cold compression, dry needling, ESWT, an underwater treadmill and more. We offer inpatient and outpatient appointments. The service has a solid relationship with our internal referrals, as well as outside clinicians throughout Northern Colorado and into WY, SD, NE and surrounding states. Our caseload is heavy on advanced skills, including neurorehabilitation, manual therapy and sports medicine cases. We offer progressive services including orthotics, musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative medicine. We pride ourselves on the team approach, working closely with our specialists for ease of follow-up for our clients and patients and to further your own personal growth. You will learn a lot!
You will work alongside one of the founders of veterinary physical therapy, Carrie Adrian, PT, PhD, who received the IAVRPT's Veterinary Rehabilitation Practitioner of the Year award in 2021. Carrie has been practicing canine physical therapy for 22 years and directs rehabilitation services for VCA Animal Hospitals. Working with Carrie will help grow and develop your skills and critical thinking in this field.

Starting Salary - $70,000 to $100,000 based on experience and qualifications
