The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, University of Florida, is seeking applications for a clinical or tenure track Assistant/Associate Professorin Small Animal Surgery. The successful candidate will be part of an energetic and highly respected small animal surgery team. The primary focus of this position will be in clinical teaching of small animal soft tissue surgery to veterinary students, interns and residents. Development of the candidate’s area of clinical investigation and publication is strongly encouraged. Clinical and research assignments will be determined based on qualifications and on the faculty line that is pursued. Career development is strongly supported at UF, with numerous opportunities for training in research, teaching and leadership available within the college and at the campus level.
