Canal Vet is an AAHA accredited, small animal general practice in the heart of Turlock, California. We maintain a small town feel with an emphasis on personalized care while keeping up to date on the latest in diagnostic and therapeutic veterinary medicine.

About this role
We are looking to grow our privately owned practice from 2 to 3 doctors. Our ideal candidate shares our core values, excels in communication, loves to collaborate, and routinely seeks out growth opportunities. Our Veterinarians enjoy connecting with pet parents and ensuring high-quality patient care with exceptional client experiences.

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree obtained from an AVMA accredited institution with 1+ years of relevant experience
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of California
- USDA accreditation preferred
- Well developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer skills, commensurate with essential functions and include the ability to learn a validated system
- Ability to work under specific time constraints
