Lincoln Park Veterinary Hospital, a CareVet Partner located in the Downriver area of Southeastern Michigan, is currently seeking an experienced Veterinarian to lead our practice as Medical Director. About the Position

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian with a desire to lead our practice. The incoming Veterinarian will be responsible for overseeing all professional services, implementing veterinary and patient care policies and procedures, licenses, and related matters, and will ultimately serve as “Veterinarian in charge.”  

About the Team?

Our practice is operated by 4+ seasoned Veterinarians that are passionate about serving our clients and their animals. We benefit from our excellent support staff consisting of receptionists, veterinary assistants, and 9 licensed veterinary technicians. We average a 1 doctor to 3-4 support staff ratio with at least 2 of those being Licensed Veterinary Technicians. Longevity of staff is something we are very proud of; the average years our staff has been with us is 12.5 years with many employees ranging from 20-30+ years.  Our coworkers enjoy spending time together in and outside the hospital.

About the Hospital

Our services include comprehensive wellness exams, dental care, and advanced diagnostics to emphasize overall health care for your pet throughout all stages of their life. Our hospital also has several areas of special interest including radioiodine therapy, orthopedics, ultrasound, dentistry, feline medicine, geriatric medicine, laser surgery, and pediatric medicine.
