Qualifications:

• New grads (technician experience a plus!) and experienced vets welcome
• State Veterinary Board License (must be in good standing)
• Ability to: work independently, execute high standards of care, support the goodwill of the community, and exhibit a true passion for the well-being of pets and their families

Day in the life:

• Collaborate with our knowledgeable and dedicated team: Numerous long-term technicians and assistants make up our highly skilled support staff. You'll receive full support from our team to help you every step of the way!
• Practice medicine your way: Practice skills you’re already proficient in or explore areas you’d like to learn (our practice has a special interest in advanced dentistry)
• Enjoy your work environment: Work in a positive, communicative, and supportive atmosphere
• Partner with clients: Advocate for the pet to plan follow-up visits and provide home-care instructions and education to ensure life-long health
• Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records

Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as pet age; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during their lifetime. Our practice has a special interest in dentistry which includes not only teeth cleaning, but advanced procedures such as endodontics. Terrace Heights Family Pet Clinic is the only Silver Certified Cat Friendly Practice in Yakima County.
