Mixed animal practice seeks full-time practice manager with previous experience in veterinary field and/or practice management. 

Responsibilities include:  

• Employee Management: hiring, personnel mediation, scheduling, staff meetings, benefits management, licensing/certification coordination, CE coordination and more. 
• Client Liaison: client point of contact regarding complaints
• Accounts Management: daily bank deposits; coordinate accounts payable with bookkeeper; oversee accounts payable & collections 
• Building & Equipment Management: oversee building & equipment maintenance; liaise with inventory manager; supervise equipment purchases
• Legal/Regulatory Management: OSHA compliance, ethics compliance, legal compliance etc. 
• IT Management: liaise with IT and practice management software companies
• Practice Marketing: oversee marketing plan
