Now for the details!  We are searching for an associate veterinarian to fill a full or part time position at our 6 doctor small animal practice in Pitman, NJ. Preference given to applicants with experience, but will consider a confident and motivated new graduate. In house access to Cardiologist and Internal Medicine Specialist. Technical staff is mostly graduate technicians  and staff retention is excellent with several over 20 years experience.  Greater than 4:1 staff:doctor ratio during appointment hours. Clientele overall able and willing to pursue top level care for their pets. We pride ourselves on providing the best client and patient experience possible. Practice culture is supportive with a focus on work- life balance. Weekday schedule is flexible depending on applicant needs. Weekend schedule rotates and will require 1 out of every 3 Saturdays from 8-noon. Compensation package includes base salary of $120,000 with production bonus, paid health, vision, dental, and short term disability insurance, and 2 weeks PTO.  We will cover expenses for state licenses, DEA licenses, AVMA dues, and professional liability insurance.  All associates receive a generous CE allowance, and we have a student loan assistance program.  Signing bonus of $20,000.
