Black Canyon Veterinary Clinic is currently a 3-doctor, mixed animal (primarily small animal) AAHA-accredited veterinary clinic in the beautiful mountains of southwestern Colorado. We are a professional, privately-owned hospital with long-term, highly-skilled CVTs and veterinary assistants that function as a true team. BCVC is focused on client education, preventative medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, and canine reproduction. The hospital is equipped with a therapeutic laser, digital x-ray units (including dental), ultrasound, a STORZ endoscope, and in-house lab equipment.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a $10,000 sign-on bonus, guaranteed base salary of $85,000 with potential for so much more based on additional commission-based pay. 4 day work week!!!! Motivated associates can easily earn $100,000+/year. We cover registration and association dues, provide a continuing education allowance, 401K plan with employer matching and profit-sharing, paid time off, and an excellent employee discount.

About Black Canyon Veterinary Clinic

We work hard to build a culture of trust, honesty, and sincerity. We believe that people and their pets deserve a veterinary practice that puts them above all else. We have a strong focus on preventative care, such as exams, blood-work, vaccinations, micro-chipping, heartworm and intestinal parasite testing and treatment. We also provide wellness plans, emergency services, allergy testing, onsite diagnostic laboratory equipment, digital xray, abdominal ultrasounds, echocardiography, isolation ward for infectious diseases, euthanasia and cremation services, health inspections (domestic and international), house calls, spays/neuters, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery (ACL repair, fracture repairs, etc.), and dental services.We maintain an in house pet pharmacy and online pharmacy, and we carry prescription diets and maintenance diets/treats.
