The Pet Emergency - Clinic & Referral Center in Spokane, WA is looking for energetic and talented Assistant Medical Director to join our fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. The Assistant Medical Director position will be mainly clinical with minimal administrative tasks. You will join the ranks of senior clinician and will be hands on with the Coaching, Teaching, Training, and Development of the current and new DVMs along with the hospital as a whole. We have an excellent relationship with our in-house specialists (surgeons, radiologists, internal medicine, and dermatology) and the referring veterinarian community. The urgent care and specialty portion of the business will be open during the day shift Monday through Friday. The emergency and critical care side is open all hours including weekends and holidays. Starting salary is very competitive for the region. We offer full benefits including: dental and health insurance, life insurance, liability coverage, long term disability, professional licensing fees, CE allowance, and 401K. The schedule can be variable due to the nature of Emergency Medicine.
