We are looking for a compassionate full or part time associate veterinarian to join our team! South Main Veterinary Hospital is a new, privately-owned, family-friendly small animal general practice in beautiful historic Sutter Creek, CA. Dr. Alli Duff opened her practice in March 2022 to create a hospital where positive clinic culture and work-life balance were a priority for all staff. We have been busy since opening day so we are ready to add a second veterinarian to our practice. The hospital is fully equipped with a hard-working, friendly, close-knit team of support staff (2 RVTs, 4 tech assistants, and 2 receptionists currently for solo DVM), digital radiography including review via Antech Imaging Services and Sonosite ultrasound, full in house IDEXX capabilities (ProCyte, Catalyst, SNAPpro, coag, SediVue with UA), dental suite with digital dental xray, and surgical suite with LifeWindow monitors (BP, ECG, SpO2, ETCO2). We see a mixture of sick/urgent care visits and preventive care, with routine and emergency surgeries dependent on comfort level. We practice high quality medicine with an emphasis on client communication. Schedule and salary are flexible, hospital hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5 pm with no weekends or on call requirements.
