Knoxville Pet Emergency Clinic (TN) has an immediate need for a dynamic, results-driven, caring Practice Manager to lead our hospital! We provide nighttime and weekend emergency services in our state-of-the-art facility.

The Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital by managing the day-to-day operations of the practice in order for the staff to provide the highest standard of care to our patients. At Knoxville Pet Emergency, we understand pet emergencies often occur unexpectedly and we are here to serve the community no matter the time or situation.
As a Practice Manager:
You will mentor, develop, and lead a mix of hourly and professional team members to be a successful team focused in pet patient care.
You will manage marketing efforts by actively seeking customer feedback and evaluating customer experience.
You will establish and maintain strong relationships with pet owners.
You will implement and maintain hospital procedures and guidelines, A/R, payroll, and oversight regarding hospital services and efficiencies.
Preferred Experience:
Experience: 2-5 years of proven success in managing professionals in complex organizations, either within veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.
Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks while providing attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as a team as well as independently in an emergency hospital environment.
