I am seeking a Chief of Staff for a full-service veterinary hospital that places the care, diagnosis, and treatment of pets as their primary concern. The individual in this role will manage the hospital and ensure the highest quality of veterinary care, exceptional client service, associate engagement, and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team. The Chief of Staff should also know how to have fun and be able to lead a positive culture within the hospital and encourage staff to value work-life balance. Ideal qualities include being personable, humble, confident, hardworking, and dedicated to high quality companion animal general practice (internal medicine and general surgery).

Chief of Staff Desired Qualifications
Successful graduation from a Certified College of Veterinary Medicine and a valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Florida; or willing to acquire
Experienced in practicing veterinary medicine
Experienced in providing management and/or mentorship to a team
Chief of Staff Duties and Responsibilities
Set up plans for treatment that follow strict standards, conduct surgeries
Communicates with Hospital Administrator
Mentors associate veterinarians and hospital team to deliver excellent care and build client relationships
Establish an atmosphere where all personnel are respected
Assist support staff with questions and other needs as necessary
Stay current of new developments in the veterinary field
Follow all state and federal rules and regulations
Take part in outside company sponsored events
