• AMH was founded by both Dr. Richard Coe and Dr. Susan Coe, ABVP. After both graduating from Auburn University they planted roots in Charlotte, NC and founded Animal Medical Hospital in 1983. In their 39 years of running AMH, they have expanded their practice to over 25,000 square feet housing two large treatment areas providing space for care and treatment for outpatient services. In 2020 they expanded again offering in-house laboratory and pharmacy, 13 examination rooms, an isolation ward, radiology room, ultrasound and endoscopy room, and separate surgery and dental suites.
