Arizona is hot, but Chino Valley is in the mountains of central AZ and at an elevation of 4,750 feet, so the seasons are typically milder here compared to the rest of the state. Plus, there is a feeling of real community and it’s a small town that’s been growing in popularity recently. Chino Valley locals and tourists enjoy everything from leisure to active (and even challenging) outdoor recreation. Some favorites include:
Cheering on local sports teams at the Community Center Park
Camping and trail hiking the Sycamore Canyon Wilderness or Clear Creek
Sampling new drinks at Granite Creek Vineyards, Insurgent Brewing Company, or the Log Cabin Bar
Taking a 40-mile train ride on the Verde Canyon Railroad
Spotting wildlife in the Coconino National Forest
Fishing for trout in the Verde River
Relaxing in the solitude of the Garchen Institute Research Center
Looking to venture outside our community? We’re an easy drive to three golf courses, multiple lakes, the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and skiing at Flagstaff's Snowbowl.
Now that you’ve learned about Chino Valley, you can better understand how lucky we are to be part of this community.
Circle L is proud to have a devoted client base and a tight-knit team that’s committed to providing an enjoyable environment to everyone who comes through our doors. Our team enjoys practicing in a facility equipped with advanced diagnostic features, including digital x-ray, a fully equipped surgical suite, and a dedicated rehab area, just to name a few. And we can’t forget mentioning Dr. Armstrong! She has been practicing integrated medicine since 2013, and has incorporated acupuncture, traditional medicine, and chiropractic care into our services. She also does a fantastic job keeping up with current trends in vet med and surgery and is certified in Canine Rehabilitation, which allows her to work with sporting dogs and back injuries so that senior pets can feel their best too!
We are looking for someone who will fit nicely within our staff and community, and equally as important, someone who can have fun at work while providing the best veterinary care possible to the community.
If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply today!
