As an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) you provide the leadership for delivering first-class veterinary care, practicing general medicine along with your desired area of focus (dentistry, internal medicine, surgery, exotics, etc.). As an AAHA-accredited, independently owned practice serving the community since 1963, we provide you with the support, the staff and the beautiful, new state-of-the-art facilities to allow you to thrive. You control your income and schedule to accommodate your obligations and lifestyle choices (we don’t have corporate overhead to pay for, allowing compensation to exceed industry averages). We also have the best clients in the world.
Our entire team is designed to support you in the practice of the high-quality, evidence-based medicine for which you were trained. You ensure the team follows the highest professional standards in every case. Your record keeping is excellent. Your calm demeanor compliments and enhances your strong medical understanding. You are comfortable working independently while enjoying solid collegial support. You communicate well, providing clear direction to a team of dedicated RVTs and assistants.
While the fast pace of changes in the veterinary field continues, the Mid-Peninsula Animal Hospital community provides a satisfying place to settle in and grow throughout your career. Some client families have been with us now into the fourth generation, which tells you Mid-Peninsula Animal Hospital is a special place where you can always be proud of working.
