HTVEC offers very competitive compensation that includes high base salary options ($150,000 to $200,000 based upon experience level) with monthly production bonuses. Previous emergency experience is preferred; internship is a plus, but not a requirement. Flexible work schedule consisting of 12 to 13 shifts per month. Shifts include overnights, weekend days, and some holidays. No post-employment non-compete agreement.
