Make the licensed veterinary board members practice run smoothly by the following:

Do everything a practice or business owner would do to keep clients happy.  Help the employee’s to know and appreciated for their roles through training that are established within the Illinois Veterinary Practice Act, and to help the Doctors to maximize their efficiency by mainly diagnosing, prescribing, and operating.

Be accountable to the board for direction and decisions.

Be compassionate

Don’t embezzle

Help to create staff training

Human REsource experience is required

leading a team to new challenges is helpful, but not required
