We are 3.5 doctor, small animal exclusive, private veterinary practice located in west- central Connecticut. One of our associates has decided to retire out of state and we are looking for a full-time veterinarian to join our team. We focus on providing high quality medical and surgical services to our clients, while maintaining independent thought and a good quality-of-life for our associates and employees. Our doctors enjoy a collaborative environment where we benefit from the sharing of ideas and knowledge for the betterment of our patients.  We enjoy the freedom of diagnosing and treating our patients on our own, or referring them to one of several nearby 24hour emergency and referral centers when appropriate or necessary. 

We have a skilled, knowledgeable staff of veterinary technicians, some who are seasoned with decades of experience, and others who are newly entered into the profession with energy and excitement.  Our front desk staff of trained customer service representatives present a welcoming environment for our clients.  We average a 3 to 1 doctor-to-staff ratio for doctor efficiency.

Our hours are from 8a to 530p, Monday through Friday, with a 1.5 hour lunch break with no scheduled appointments, and 8a to 1p on Saturday. Our doctors work an average of 3 to 4 days a week, and alternate Saturday shifts. We offer a comfortable base salary based on experience, and provide quarterly production-based bonuses.  A full range of benefits are available, listed below.
