COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

• $120k+ paid on 20% production – no negative accrual 
• Sign-on bonus

• Medical insurance (85% of premium paid by employer) 
• Safe Harbor 401k with 3% match 

• $2,500 CE stipend + 3 CE days/year 
• 3 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays
