Back Bay Veterinary Clinic, located on Newbury Street in the heart of downtown Boston’s Back Bay, is a progressive veterinary practice with a commitment to the highest quality, personalized care for our patients. We are seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team of dedicated professionals.
We offer digital radiology, in-house ultrasound, dentistry with digital dental radiography and a private surgical suite, as well as a complete in-house laboratory for diagnostic testing. These tools are augmented by our focus on client education and patient preventative care, as well our commitment to quick responses to client questions and concerns. We strive to create an intimate, caring setting where our doctors and staff are able to focus on the well-being and comfort of our patients and their caretakers. We have a talented and dedicated team of technical support staff who provide outstanding assistance to our doctors in appointments, surgery and with hospitalized patient treatment and care.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced practitioner with superior communication and clinical skills as well as the ability to function as part of a small team. However, we are willing to train the right new graduate candidate who embodies our values and philosophy of medicine. Above all, our veterinarians provide compassionate and thorough care as if each pet were their own.
As an employer, Back Bay Veterinary Clinic focuses on quality of life for our team. We encourage Associates to unplug when away from the clinic, and we are closed on Sundays and major holidays. With several emergency referral facilities close by, our Associates do not have after-hours on call responsibilities. We offer a competitive compensation package, including health benefits, CE, leave, dues, liability coverage and the opportunity to practice quality medicine in a supportive environment. This is an opportunity to make a new professional home for yourself, and for our clinic to benefit from the fresh eyes and energy of a new team member.
