We are looking for novice emergency veterinarians to join our current team of specialists and associates. This is a mentored, 24 month position (with the ability to extend it). This is an ideal position for new veterinary graduates or general practice veterinarians that want to explore emergency medicine. The first 9 months of the program are a closely supervised period during which ECC Fellows will be mentored by a team of 5 criticalists and senior emergency associates and participate in intern rounds with our rotating and ECC interns. You’ll work with a skilled nursing staff, in conjunction with clinicians, to practice high quality medicine in a busy environment with our focus on patient, client, and referral community care.
Compensation: 0-3 mos $100K/year , 3-6 mos $112K/year , 6-9 mos 122.8K/year, 9 mos -24 mos $135K/year; at 12 months. At 12 months, pooled bonus program compensating whole associate/criticalist team at 22% of departmental gross.
