• Generous signing and retention bonus up to $60,000.00.
• Competitive Salary (ProSal Structure). By way of example, our veterinarians with > 12 months of experience earned:
• Total compensation ranged from $143,000-$209,000.00 
• 67% of our veterinarians earned more than $185,000.00 in 2022 after production bonuses were paid. 
• Flexible Base Salary! 
• Benefits Include: 401K with 2% match (increasing to 3% in 2024), Medical/Dental, Employee Assistance Program, and more!

• Shifts: Four 10-hour shifts including a weekend day
• Build your own practice within our practice: we’re committed to finding the best mix of room, surgical, hospital, and/or daytime ER shifts that work for you and your skill set!

• 3+ Weeks of PTO

• On-Site Crematorium Service. 
• 4 Sister sites within the same geographical area (providing support, supplies, and back up at a moment’s notice). 
• 24/7 Support from and access to management. 
• State-of-the-art equipment including: ForceTriad Electrosurgical Unit, Snyder Intensive Care Oxygen Cage, Endoscope, Digital X-Ray, Digital Dental X-Ray, Ultrasound, Digital Cytology, Complete IDEXX in House Lab, and CO2 Laser.
