YES! We are a busy small animal practice! Aren't we all these days? Our busy schedule challenges us to be our best - not to mention that production bonuses can be very nice. And the practice manager has "Starbucks Thursdays" so you can be fully caffeinated to start your day. Also on the plus side are the small town friendly clients who mainly say YES to our treatment plans. At Southway, those treatment plans include a nice selection of high tech toys to diagnose and treat our patients.

• Northeast Indiana, between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne
• Full Idexx lab, ultrasound, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, high speed dental suite, K laser, Ardent centrifuge for PRP,  Cornerstone software
• 4 day work week.
• 3 weeks off in the first year. Stay awhile and that goes up.
• No on call. Have a life outside of work also! 
• VERY lucrative profit equity position for a four year commitment! Pending discussion with Dr. Davis.

Southway Animal Hospital is a thriving small animal general practice in Marion, IN. We offer a full range of services and stress compassionate care for all our patients. Southway was established in Marion in 1975 by Dr. David Pence, who is now retired. It was purchased in 2018 by longtime associate Dr. Beth Davis. The mission of Southway Animal Hospital is to provide excellent and compassionate care to all our patients and clients. At Southway, we stress wellness care that can allow us to address problems early. We advocate for the best possible care with the realization that the client has the ultimate decision and we will do the best we can for the patient with the constraints given by the client.
