We are an independently owned, busy small animal practice employing 3+ veterinarians complemented by a full staff of experienced veterinary technicians (134 years combined vet tech experience!)  Our clinic has extensive in-house diagnostic equipment., ultrasound, endoscope, orthopedic and digital x-ray capabilities. Pursue your interest in feathers, scales, and fur—exotics. We are equipped to handle reproductive cases with in-house progesterone testing, pregnancy management, and C-sections. We offer competitive salaries. Professional fees and dues are covered as well as continuing education. Health insurance is available and a SIMPLE retirement plan.  We refer cases to outside specialists as needed.

Bayfield Animal Hospital, established 43 years ago, is a doctor-owned small animal hospital located in a small southwestern Colorado town with 2 full time and 3 part-time doctors currently on staff. Support staff consists of 5 technicians and 4 receptionists plus kennel and cleaning help. We are open Monday through Friday, covering most of our own out-of-hours emergencies. We see quite a few emergencies during normal office hours and have a large number of challenging cases. Our clientele is loyal and expect (and receive) our best efforts where their pets are concerned! This practice is located within Bayfield's town limits.
