Falls Road Animal Hospital is seeking an ER Veterinarian to join our amazing hospital! Our hardworking team were recently voted Best Animal Hospital in Baltimore in a readers poll conducted by the Baltimore Magazine. We will be moving to a new state of the art facility in Spring/Summer 2024!
Our 7-doctor team offers a wide array of high-quality, routine and 24/7 emergency services to companion, exotic, and wildlife animals in the Baltimore area. We are supported by an experienced team of technicians, dedicated to monitoring patients in our intensive care unit. In addition to an ICU, our facility is equipped with 3 separate surgical suites, endoscope technology, orthopedic surgical tools, and more.
We are happy to offer personalized urgent care and ER mentorship to interested general practice doctors who are looking to make the switch to emergency medicine. Doctors are partnered with one of our tenured Veterinarians to bridge the gap between GP and Emergency. The mentorship will include diagnostic and medical plan review in addition to learning surgical procedures such as splenectomies, cystotomies, enterotomies, gastrotomies, GDV, etc.
This position/hospital offers:
- Schedule of just 10 shifts per 4 weeks
- Substantial caseload with starting salary of $180k+
- Sign on/retention bonus of $75k!
