Compensation & Benefits 

• $125-$150k (negotiable) paid on 22% production – no negative accrual 

• $10,000 Sign-on bonus 

• Relocation assistance 

• 3 weeks PTO + 6 paid holidays 

• No weekends or on-call shifts 

• $2,500 CE stipend + 5 CE days 

• Flexible 4-day work schedule 

• Simple IRA with 3% employer match
