Dr. Suss’s reliable mentorship is provided in tandem with the support of a Blue Heron Consulting Medical Coach to ensure you receive the personalized guidance you need to thrive in your role. 

• Championing Quality: We don't just practice medicine; we practice excellence. With an array of cutting-edge diagnostic equipment including laser therapy, ultrasound units, digital whole body and dental x-rays, echocardiograms, an orthopedic and soft tissue boarded surgeon, a board-certified radiologist, along with cryosurgery capabilities. We provide you with the tools you need to practice top-tier veterinary medicine! Candidates with an interest in providing services for pocket pets, avian, and exotics are a plus, but not required!

Compensation & Benefits 

• $150,000 base salary plus 20% production - no negative accrual 

• Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance offered 

• $2,000 CE stipend + 4 CE days  

• 120 PTO hours per year + paid holidays  

• No weekend or on-call responsibilities 

• Short-term disability insurance offered through New Jersey 

• 401k with 4% employer match 

• Coaching provided in partnership with Blue Heron Consulting Medical Coaching 

• Dues and license allowance covered (NJ Vet license, NJ CDS License, PLIT, VIN, NNJVMA dues).
