About Our Practice:
Our family-owned, high-quality 2 DVM practice is focused primarily on small but also treat equine, exotic, and large animal patients. We are open to hiring both small animal veterinarians as well as mixed animal. We take pride in delivering progressive medical and surgical care tailored to our clients' unique needs and budgets. Our loyal client base has recognized us with honors such as the Best of the Best in Sweetwater County Veterinarian of the Year in 2019 and Google’s 5-Star Top Rated Veterinarian in 2020. Our clinic is fully equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and a friendly, well-trained support staff.
Services We Provide:
We offer a comprehensive range of services, including general medicine and surgery for small animals, large animals, and exotics, as well as stem cell therapy, advanced dentistry, emergency and urgent care, wellness and preventative health, behavior consultations, and end-of-life care. We also support the local animal shelter with spay/neuter services and participate in the Spay-Neuter Wyoming Program.

A friendly demeanor and a genuine interest in building lasting relationships with clients and their pets are highly valued. We offer mentoring for new graduates and place a strong focus on client education and communication.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive Pro-Sal compensation model with a guaranteed base salary and production bonuses. New graduates start at $110,000 with 20% production, while experienced veterinarians can earn $120,000 with 22% production. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a sign-on bonus($10,000), state veterinary license fees, DEA license fees, AVMA and WYVMA dues, continuing education compensation, paid time off, liability and health insurance, and a live scribe to assist with medical notes.

This is a full-time position with shared on-call duties of 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month. While our practice is primarily small animal-focused, you should be prepared to handle large animal or exotic emergency calls as needed.
