We are a very successful 1.25 doctor practice with a 27 year legacy, and we have just moved into our brand new hospital! We have all new technology (paperless, cloud-based practice management software, tablets), and brand new equipment (dental x-ray, IDEXX laboratory machines, digital x-ray, etc). We also have a high staff to DVM ratio, with five full time technicians, three receptionists and a Practice Manager, and plans to hire more staff with a new DVM coming on board. Our group has a young leadership team, led by doctors who support innovation and modern technology, but are maintaining family-o
