Sign on bonus: Equity in the practice which vests after an appropriate (negotiable) timeframe. An excellent pathway to practice partnership/ownership. Pay: Same percent of gross production as practicing owner earns Schedule: Work Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday.  Off Friday Saturday Sunday.  Alternating Day/Night Rotation with other doctors an option. Strong NOM program in place.  Excellent mentorship available, for new and/or recent graduates, by a veterinarian with 25+ years of clinical practice experience.  Note to 4th year veterinary students:  Test drive our practice during a 2 week clinical rotation!
