The Park Equine Hospital Externship Program provides students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a diverse and mid-sized practice, dedicated to providing top-notch equine medical care.  This program provides the opportunity for students to experience all fields of the equine medical field. It was created with the mission to find quality Fellowship, Internship, Associate, and Veterinary Technician candidates and to provide a platform for veterinary and veterinary technician students to apply their clinical knowledge in a practical veterinary setting.  We accept Externship applications year-round, with flexible term dates.  Externs must stay a minimum of two weeks and may not exceed a maximum of four weeks.  Externs will be pa
