Town & Country Veterinary Clinic was founded in 2017 and is a full-service veterinary facility serving pets in River Oaks, Texas, a suburb of Fort Worth, and the DFW area. Led by Dr. Derrick Nelson, we have up-to-date equipment that includes an in-house laboratory, a fully stocked pharmacy, digital radiography, MRI, CT, EKG, ultrasound.   To complement our doctors, we have an experienced support staff and a strong leadership team to help in your success to deliver the best care to each pet and pet owner!
