4. Maintain friendly relations with neighboring hospitals, utilize urgent care/ER.
5. Maintain a kind and positive work environment with no weekend duties.
6. Be willing to communicate with other doctors on cases and ideas to improve the daily routine.
7. Be willing to give input on your appointment and/or surgery schedule so that you are in control.
8. Be able to work in a relaxed environment that focuses on patient care and client services.
9. Be able to work up cases and follow up to the level that best meets your skill and interest.
