The Belle Fourche Veterinary Clinic (BFVC) is looking for an associate veterinarian, preferably mixed animal, to join our team. The BFVC is a privately-owned mixed animal practice established in 1970 by Dr. James "Doc" Myers. Since its establishment, the clinic has been practicing progressive medicine serving western South Dakota, eastern Wyoming, and southeastern Montana. The practice emphasis is routine health exams, medicine, surgery, reproductive, ambulatory, and emergency services for small animal, bovine (cow/calf), small ruminants and equine. BFVC is fortunate to have talented and long tenured technicians and receptionists to assure the clinic is operated smoothly. The clinic is equipped with in house CBC/Chemistry, Fibrinogen, SAA, equine power float, digital radiographs, ultrasound (in house and ambulatory), bovine electroejaculator, ovine electroejaculator, and two silencer chutes.
Belle Fourche is a little big town with a strong supportive community offering a friendly, safe atmosphere. With the Northern Black Hills being twelve miles away, Belle Fourche is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. This is a rapidly growing area, attracting many young professionals. Rapid City is one hour away with a regional airport.
