Be a team player with general surgical skills and excellent medicine/people skills. Fully equipped, full-service hospital. At least 2 dedicated staff for each doctor. • Is well versed in Internal Medicine, Critical Care and thrives on learning
• Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Expected and encouraged to pursue areas of special interest. CE mandatory
• Must seek input from area specialists and teaching hospitals when appropriate.
• Must be open to both internal and external referrals when appropriate
• Promotes positive environment and is a role model to others
• Participates in Hospital communications at daily rounds, doctor’s meetings and full staff meetings.

General surgical skills helpful, but not necessary.
