What we’re seeking in an associate:
- Someone who will be kind to our staff, clients, and patients
- Someone interested in a fast-paced general practice
- Someone passionate about general practice
- Someone who has an interest in surgery and dentistry
What we’re offering:
- Base salary of $150K-180K, depending on experience, expected earnings higher on Pro-Sal, no negative accrual
- Organized mentoring (if desired) by veterinarians who have a vested interested in your success
- 4- or 5-day work week if seeking full time
- Medical, dental, SIMPLE IRA, CE budget, vacation
- Possible reimbursement for exiting a corporate contract
- If we’re a good fit, I will do my best to "pricematch" or beat your current compensation
