Job Description: Veterinarian at Fantasia Pet Resort and Veterinary Hospital and Alta Animal Hospital

Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinarian $150,000-$200,000 plus $100,000 sign on bonus

Location: Fantasia Pet Resort and Veterinary Hospital and Alta Animal Hospital

Practice Type: Newer Hospital focusing Urgent Care on Small Animal/Exotics

Hospital Equipment:

• Lab Equipment: Heska in-house lab (CBC Chemistry Element HT5, Element i+, Element DCX), reference lab support from Antech.

• Client Interaction: Build rapport with clients, gather information, and empathize with their concerns.
• Medical Procedures: Perform urgent care exams, physical exams, diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures ensuring high-quality care while minimizing patient stress.
• Communication: Discuss pet diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive health care, and nutritional needs with clients.
• Record Keeping: Maintain and update client/patient medical/surgical records per established protocols.

Skills and Basic Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure: Must be in good standing.
