We budget time and arrange office flow so you get to talk to your clients and help them, as opposed to communicating through runners and notes. You get to practice in one location, with your regular clients. No transfers. No covering multiple locations. Hours: 35-40 hours per week. Days off during the week are part of most schedules. You will work some weekends. You are not on call. 3 weeks paid leave
