We are a privately-owned small animal general practice, with locations in Fairfax, Cedar Rapids, and Marion, Iowa. Our practice is led by two ISU Vet Medicine graduates and focuses on providing high-quality care for cats, dogs, and exotic pets. Our dynamic team consists of 6 dedicated DVMs and highly trained support staff. All three of our practices are rapidly growing, and we are looking to add a third full-time veterinarian to our team to meet the needs of this thriving community. Our hospitals offer a wide range of veterinary services, including wellness and vaccine exams, routine office and sick visits, and various surgical procedures such as spay/neuter, mass removals, exploratory surgeries, dental procedures, and more. We have extensive in-house laboratory testing, advanced imaging capabilities including ultrasound and digital x-rays, and access to CT scans and echocardiograms at our Marion location. We have fully equipped surgery suites with complete anesthesia monitoring and state-of-the-art dental equipment including digital dental x-rays. We are always open to investing in additional equipment to enhance our service offerings and advance patient care.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in building long-term relationships with clients and their pets, and a passion for preventive care as well as advanced medical procedures. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care to small animals, including cats, dogs, and exotic pets.
- Conduct routine wellness and vaccine exams, as well as diagnose and treat medical conditions.
- Perform surgeries, including spay/neuter, mass removals, and dental procedures.
- Collaborate with other veterinarians and support staff to ensure a high standard of care.
- Educate clients on preventive care, treatment options, and post-operative care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- New Graduates: Starting salary of $130,000
- Experienced Veterinarians: Salary range of $145,000 - $165,000
