• Leading an experienced team: You will have the opportunity to provide direction and support to both practices as you develop and implement medical protocols and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality patient care. • Full-service hospitals: Equipped with in-house diagnostics, hospitalization and isolation facilities, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, and advanced surgical anesthetic protocols, ensuring you can provide the best care without constraints.

Compensation & Benefits 

• $125,000 - $180,000 compensation paid on prosal and 23% production - potential to earn $200-$250k as a Medical Director 

• $30,000 sign-on bonus & relocation bonus 

• No weekend shifts 

• 6 weeks (30 days) PTO + 6 paid holidays  

• $1,500 CE stipend + 5 CE days per year 

• 4-day work week with a flexible schedule
