Surgery and Dental opportunities are available for the right candidate. We are a mixed practice located in picturesque Granby, CT.  Find yourself a home here in our private partner-owned 10 Dr. practice.  With a support staff ratio of 6:1, our veterinarians have the support they need to provide excellent care to our clients and their pets.  We are committed to nurturing the client-patient bond from birth to geriatric.  We offer a wide range of surgical and dental care options.  The cases are diverse, interesting, and challenging while still maintaining a fair life/work balance, and a manageable caseload.

Our facility is well-equipped with digital radiography , a fully functional in-house laboratory, in-house ultrasound, digital dental, laser surgery, exotics surgery and procedures, and separate surgical and dental suites.

We take employee well-being seriously and offer a generous salary based on a Pro/Sal compensation model with 22% production paid out quarterly, 401 (k), family medical coverage, 15 days of vacation time to start, 48 hours of sick time a year, employee assistance program, pet benefits, professional dues, liability coverage and a competitive continuing education allowance of $3000 a year.  No negative accrual and no non-compete.  Expect a 3-4 day work schedule, 1 Saturday a month, no on-call, no Sundays and no major holidays. 

A competitive sign-on bonus of $20,000.00, a $5,000.00 relocation bonus, and a monthly $1,200.00 student loan payment for 6 months are also provided as a perk to joining our team!
