We are happy to mentor confident new grads including soft tissue ER surgeries if you have the desire and aptitude.  Salary, commission, and bonuses should exceed $200K.  Our typical schedule totals 12-15 shifts monthly leaving plenty of free time to enjoy life.  100% of doctor requests for time off have been granted for the last 22 years.

A $100K sign on bonus will be offered as well as "stay-on" bonuses for existing associates.  I will even offer a weeks lodging in the Florida Keys!
