As a Founding DVM, you can shape, launch, and lead a fully funded hospital built around your medical passions and your community’s needs. The hospitals are designed to reflect the vision of their founders—not a cookie cutter template—with a concierge-level commitment to individualized, high-quality care.

You’ll be supported every step of the way, but empowered to practice medicine and lead your team in the best way for you. Each Livewell location is carefully selected based on strong demographic, market, and growth data—to give the Founding DVM and hospital the best chance at long-term success.
