At The Pawlyclinic, we believe veterinary care should feel thoughtful, accessible, and as stress-free as possible—for both pets and the people who love them. That belief is at the core of everything we do. Through our mobile veterinary services, we bring high-quality, compassionate care directly into our clients’ homes, creating a calm and personalized experience for pets. In our brick-and-mortar clinic, we offer advanced diagnostics, surgery, and radiology in a fully open-concept space designed around transparency, comfort, and trust.
Company History
The Pawlyclinic was founded in 2023 with a simple but powerful vision: to make veterinary care more accessible, compassionate, and personal. We recognized that for many families, the traditional model of veterinary care—requiring travel, waiting rooms, and stressful clinic visits—was becoming increasingly difficult. Whether due to limited transportation, mobility challenges, anxious pets, or the rising cost and scarcity of veterinary services, too many beloved pets were going without the care they needed.
Our mobile model was born out of a deep commitment to bridge this gap. By bringing veterinary care directly to families, we’re able to provide services where pets feel most at ease—at home. From routine preventative care and urgent medical needs to gentle end-of-life support, our goal is to deliver not only medical expertise but also peace of mind, comfort, and dignity for every pet and their family.
Aside from the mobile model, we also created an open concept surgical center to provide services such as surgery and radiology which our mobile service cannot provide. The purpose of this center is also to bridge the gap between primary care and emergency care where pet parents are able to access surgery when needed and at a more cost-effective setup.
At The Pawlyclinic, we believe veterinary medicine is not just about treating conditions, but about nurturing the bond between pets and the people who love them. It is also about prescriptive medicine and being proactive. Each visit is an opportunity to listen, connect, and care in a way that honors that bond. We are passionate about serving our community and ensuring that no pet is left behind because of barriers to access. Our story is still being written, but it begins and ends with the same mission: bringing exceptional, compassionate care to every doorstep, one family and one pet at a time.

Paid Time Off & Holidays:
o 8 Paid Holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day)
o 8 days of combined PTO and sick leave (accrual basis) – equivalent to 2 weeks
Professional Growth:
o Mentorship from our medical director with over 15 years of GP, urgent care, and ER background
o 3 paid CE days per year

o Full reimbursement for AVMA license (equivalent to $370/ year)
o Full reimbursement for professional liability insurance based on the coverage listed in this agreement
