The successful candidate will contribute to the College s tripartite mission of teaching, research, and service, with a primary focus on teaching veterinary students, graduate students, and graduate veterinarians in all aspects of small animal internal medicine. Clinical service responsibilities will be primarily within the Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH), providing high-quality, compassionate care for patients while engaging students in hands- on learning.

This is a full-time, non-tenure, clinical track, faculty position in Diagnostic Imaging. The successful candidate will contribute toward the instruction of veterinary students and will work with the radiologist to provide excellent support within the diagnostic imaging clinical services.

Participation in providing client medicine and surgery services to the Large Animal Teaching Hospital, is required. Clinical services also include participation in after-hours emergency duty. The successful applicant must develop strong professional relationships with referring veterinarians and participate in state and national outreach and continuing education. Participation on college and university committees is expected.

The successful candidate requires participation in classroom, clinical and laboratory instruction of veterinary students, graduate students, interns, and graduate veterinarians. The candidate must demonstrate creative scholarship and collaborative research activities in equine practice and develop innovative teaching and service programs. Participation in providing client medicine and surgery services to the Large Animal Teaching Hospital, with an emphasis on equine cases, is required.
