Alpine Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our privately owned small-animal practice in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina for three to four days a week. Both practice owners are present and practicing on site. We are a collaborative, well-equipped practice with digital radiography, in-house laboratory equipment, modern dentistry capabilities, surgical and therapeutic lasers, thorough pharmacy and an experienced support team. What We Offer:
- Four-day or three-day work week available
- Schedule is structured with 30 minute appointments with daily time allotted for records, client communications, occasional work-ins or drop-off appointments
- No after-hours, holidays or emergency duty
- Competitive salary ($95,000–$130,000) negotiated based on experience level, days agreed to work, desire to take on surgery or dental cases

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
- DVM or equivalent degree with current North Carolina veterinary licensure
- New graduates (mentorship and monitoring available) and experienced veterinarians welcome
